MIM - Professional Management Development

Malaysian Institute of Management (MIM) has developed and customised this programme in collaboration with The Institute of Internal Auditors Malaysia (IIA Malaysia). This programme introduces the concept of Internal Auditing and management skills, a value-added investment to drive your business to greater heights. It is aimed at developing management skills that cover the business, technical as well as internal auditing fields. This programme has been designed to assist participants to obtain comprehensive and practical knowledge and skills in managing an internal audit function.

Programme Director
Led by Malaysian Institute of Management PDMLP Programme Director Dr. Shelen Ho Wai Han, MMIM, MIM-CPT, Ph.D. (Management) MBA (Hull, UK), who has over 20 years of managerial experiences in various industries in the manufacturing, project engineering, franchising, retailing, distribution, banking, trading and other service and non-service sectors. She now runs her own management consultancy firm specialising in SME management development, quality and productivity improvements, system diagnosis, management control systems designs, implementation and maintenance.

Facilitators
The facilitators are specially selected, trained and qualified to lead modules specific to their areas of expertise and interests. They are MIM Certified Professional Trainers and preferably hold an IIA certification.

Duration
This is a 12 - month programme-each module will be conducted in 3-week blocks, the examination and assignment submissions will be in the 4th week.
