franschise expert and Lead Facilitator Ms Carmel Ackerly from Hyland Business Service
Pty Ltd, (HBS), Australia will train the FIRST BATCH of participants for the MIM-PNS
Certified Professional Franchise Manager Programme.
She is a highly
experienced trainer and consultant with qualifications in Accounting, Auditing, Business
and Education. She is a Certified Practising Accountant, a qualified teacher, has post
graduate qualifications in the area of adult education, and is a qualified Workplace
Assessor. In addition to her experience in the training field, Carmel has extensive
experience in organisation development and human resource management.
She is a highly
experienced facilitator and business consultant. She is well practised at undertaking
training needs analysis, change management, competency framework, design and development of training packages, mentoring, on-the-job and off the job training delivery, evaluation and return of investment. She has conducted Recognition of Current Competency programs and was Australian Institute of Management's Principal Assessor for six years. She had also extensive experience in training design
and development experience. She has worked in a wide range of industry sectors and was awarded AIM Consultant of the year 2000 and Certificates of Appreciation 2002 & 2003. In 2005 Carmel was presented with the
Australian Franchise Council of Australia's "Chairman's Appreciation Award" for
services to Franchising Education.
