Developed and customised by the Malaysian Institute of Management (MIM) for aspiring managers of the 21st century, this course assists participants to acquire
fundamental management knowledge and the corresponding practical skills to achieve
business results - an essential value-added investment for your organisational and people.
Besides the seven core general management modules, this programme also covers three
specialised modules to enhance the general management experience: Entrepreneurship,
Intrapreneurship & New Venture Creation, Knowledge Management, and Ethics & Values
in Management. Objectives

Led by Malaysian
Institute of Management, PDMLP Programme Director Dr Shelen Hu Wai Han,
MMIM, MIM-CPT, Ph.D. (Management) MBA (Hull, UK), who has over 20 years of professional
experiences in various industries in the manufacturing, projects engineering, franchising,
retiling, distribution, banking, trading and other service and non-service sectors. She
now runs her own mangement consultancy firm specialising in SME management development,
global supply chain, regional business development, quality and productivity improvements,
system diagnosis, management control systems designs, implementation and maintenance. She also conducts seminars, lectures Master's level programmes for renowned foreign
universities and supervises postgraduate theses.

submission will be in the fourth week.
